Our products (excluding clearance/special offer items) are eligible for a 7-day return and refund policy without reason.                                                     

All items must be returned within 14 days after the logistics receipt. Returns will not be supported beyond this time limit. 

All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed and without perfume sprayed, with all labels and tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,We offer you free returns.Other reasons require you to bear the cost of the return yourself.

For exchanges, it's best to place a new order for the replacement item and return the original item for a refund.

Clearance and customized items are final sale; returns and exchanges will not be accepted for these items.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund you via your original payment method within three business days after receiving the returned package from you.
